Ray Staff        John Davis        Matt Colson John Davis Latest - John has recently been working with Damon Albarn on his new project and has mastered upcoming albums for Primal Scream, Seasick Steve and The Automatic. He is also busy working with new artists such as The Qemists, Florence And The Machine, The CocknBullKid, Blackouts and White Lies. John Davis has over 20 years experience in the Industry, starting at CBS Studios (subsequently Sony Studios London and Whitfield Street Studios) in 1984. During this time he mastered hundreds of hit albums and singles including Mercury prize-winning albums for Roni Size In 1997 and Badly Drawn Boy in 2000. He also cut the multi-platinum Daniel Bedingfield album "Gotta Get Thru This". Since joining Alchemy in 2004 John has added his expertise to such influential albums as Razorlight - Up All Night, Snow Patrol - Eyes Open, Kaiser Chiefs - Yours Truly, Angry Mob, Bloc Party - A Weekend In The City, Led Zeppelin - Mothership and REMs - Accelerate. Currently one of, if not the most in-demand mastering engineer in London, John's recent work with The Ting Tings, Paul Weller, CSS, Friendly Fires, Sam Sparro and The Courteeners have added to his CV and keep him at the forefront of UK Mastering. He is currently immensely enjoying working with the MySpace generation of bands that have exploded onto the Scene.
